This checklist is used to review the installation of the MAX-SAFE Anti-Rollaway Brake System. After testing, this document must be completed in full by a competent, certified installer. This completed document MUST be sent to SGESCO-MAX at the physical, or email, address below. It is recommended the installer keeps a copy for their own records.
